VPS | Dedicated Servers | A7GZ® Technology provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of VPS | Dedicated Servers | A7GZ® Technology are subject to the following terms of service:

 Failure to follow any of the terms outlined here can result in an instant account termination, although in most cases you will be warned and then suspended if the problem is not rectified in a timely manner

-Our technical support will do their best efforts to help you move your sites to us, however, we can not make guarantees of the transfer process. We provide this as a courtesy service and can not make guarantees regarding its availability or the amount of time it may take as each host is configured a little differently. We will try our best, however, in some cases we may be unable to assist you in a transfer of data from an old host

-Upon requesting servers, we shall do the initial setup which does not include preparation of backup service except if the customer requested that.

-The safety of copies of databases and files for sites is under resposibilty of the customer (owner of the server) where Your use of the service is at your sole risk and A7gz Technology is not responsible for damage to the backups due to Hooks , Products or plugins in Scripts such as " vBulletin " or wrong permissions for files and folders on the servers which causing backing up process does improper behavior

-A7gz Technology provides technical support via tickets or sms however we can't provide any technical support for the programs and scripts installed by customer himself e.g: (Forums,Blogs,Content Management Softwares,Complete Client Management, Billing & Support Sotwares,....etc)

-Any illegal data and web site content such as, but not limited to, piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez, pyrotechnics, exploitive software or text that educates or encourages this activity and/or use are not allowed

-Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work and using the server in spamming in any form. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account.

- Annual Renewals , Should Paid before Two months on less , If Renew not Paid before this two months . we can make suspend your services

-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice. Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All abuse issues must be dealt with via troubleticket/email and will have a response within 48 hours.

-The Customer expressly understands and agrees that illegal Adult oriented Websites are expressly prohibited

- We refuse websites hacking , sex , political and abuse of any religion .

- Our servers have a 4 - 8 - 16 cores . we put our customers in a free node . to help our customers to get vps more speed .

-Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or the secure ticket system to the A7gz Technology Sales Team before the end of the subscription term of not less than a week

-In case of payment delay after 24 h of the suscription date,we will shutdown the server and there will be additional fine of 150$ to receive the backup, and we do not accept any liability for data loss in the server or deletion in case of delayed payment by more than 24 hours from the date of Expiry

-You are solely and fully responsible for the contents of your account. Any and all repercussions will be born solely by you as the account holder

-A7gz Technology reserves the right to deny service to anyone at any time for reasonable suspicion of intent to violate the terms set forth here

-We reserve the right to modify this agreement as needed without notice, and You agree that by creating, using, or otherwise engaging in business with A7GZ Internet Services, that You have fully read, fully understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
